I came in this past Saturday afternoon around 3:00 PM. Had a great interaction with the whole team. I ended up buying a 2024 Challenger Darkhorse Icon Strom Gray. Everyone was so nice and even stay well past closing time (5pm) and help facilitate the sell. They applied zero pressure and was just a relaxing process, they went out of the way to ensure that we felt part of the family. At 6:20 I signed the paperwork and became a new owner of an awesome bike! I strongly recommend you getting your next bike from them!
Went in today after a HORRIBLE experience with the local HD Dealer. Not that Indian was a second choice, it was actually my first choice. My son and I are looking at bikes. Staff was very friendly, patient and not only answered our questions but gave us info we never thought of. We are looking at two bikes, and love the product. We will not only be buying Indians but buying here. Thank you for setting a high bar.
I was a die hard Harley guy until today. I am blown away by the quality over Harley and sorta kicking myself for not checking Indian out sooner. From the paint options, seats, bars, you name it. I don’t see the need to go online and order parts to upgrade my bike when Indian themselves have badass upgrade options. I recommend everyone to check them out. Ask for Joe.
