6/25 An incompetent thief destroyed my ignition switch (note: the Bonneville has an immobilizer so there is no way to start it without the correct key). Brandon (Service Manager) and Pedro (Mechanic) fixed me right up. Great to deal with people who care about your experience and whose prices are reasonable. Close to downtown so plan your visit after rush hour. Nice interior but could use more natural light as there are no windows. Great team of folks working there. Can't say enough positive things about the staff. The tech is super knowledgeable and the service writer was friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. The salesperson ( Kat ) is very professional and informed me of upcoming events and new product lines. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to buy a Triumph.
Friendly and prompt service, plus beautiful bikes to look at, sit on, and test drive. I recently test drove a 2023 Tiger 900 GT Pro in the beautiful blue color. What an incredible machine! It handled like a dream, with great torque, quick and smooth acceleration, and a great suspension. I want to buy it, but cannot swing it at the moment. Someone should pick this up soon.
