Bought a bike from them a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience from start to finish. Very easy to work with, cooperative, and most importantly the communication was quick and easy. Knowing I was hoping to have the bike quickly for the weekend, they went above and beyond to expedite the process so I could take possession quickly. Triumph is a great brand and the staff is a great representation of that!
Amber Nick and crew stepped up and saved the day when I was on a long ride and suddenly required service. I called as soon as the shop opened and right away got a friendly and reassuring voice, one that got me an emergency Saturday appointment to get needed work in. The techs were super pro and run an incredibly clean shop - a hallmark of any good repair facility. I’ve had nothing but GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH TRIUMPH BUFFALO! Whether it’s a bike purchase, service, buying riding gear or swag (from a variety of brands) this shop does it all. They exceed my expectations all the way around. I’ve had bikes in for 600 mile services recently (Mark, Harold, Nick, and the rest of the crew are great people). My bikes were all done in 3 days.
