Came in for Service and an Inspection on a Weekend. When I come back to claim the bike, it is sitting in the street with the key in the ignition. (as some of you know streets of Brooklyn not a place you want to do this) When I get home I also notice they did not attached the new Inspection sticker. I called them to see if they can mail it, and they said no, they have to be the ones to stick it on the bike. This used to be a great shop. Regrettable that more recent ownership has diminished customer service quite a bit. Prices have also become outrageous. Capitalism at its finest. Not much of a Triumph community feel.
Great dealership and I’ve actually purchased from them before, which is why I’m leaving this review hoping someone can help me get in touch. I’ve tried contacting the store multiple times by phone, through the website contact form, and by email, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response yet. I’ll be visiting New York soon and I’m trying to arrange a few Triumph parts/accessories for pickup. If someone from the team could please let me know the best way to contact the dealership, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.
