What can I say? Francisco and Tyler were an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve bought my fair share of cars over the years, so I expected to get the typical salesman treatment when purchasing my first motorcycle. Tyler and Fransico were absolutely amazing. Helped me through the entire process of purchasing my first motorcycle and answered all my questions. Took me on a test drive and extremely patience with me. Very nice place and staff.
I’ve had a triumph for 2 years, been to a couple of mechanics around NYC and nobody is as good as these guys. Brought the bike in for an electrical issue, the bike literally died the moment I got there, despite I didn’t have an appointment they took the bike in, and when they started working on it it was ready after few hours; an electrical issue fixed for few dollars compared to those mechanics who charged me so much money keeping the bike for weeks and still needed fixing!
