Triumph Brooklyn is a great place. I love it very much. The staff here are very professional, especially Mr. Ryan, Mr. Kevin, and Mr. Leo. They are very friendly and honest, and they patiently answer every question I have. I have been here many times to see new bikes, buy used bikes, buy parts, and do maintenance. Every time I am very happy and reluctant to leave.
The staff here are all down to earth and approachable. Seems like most of them are also riders so there's always a feeling of comraderie when talking to them. Most of my experiences here have been with the service department, and they're all knowledgeable, fast, and overall trustworthy. I've never felt that they try to add extra, unnecessary costs/ service and that trust is important to me; it's probably the # 1 thing that keeps me coming back. Update Mar 2025: Second time taking my Trident here, this time for annual maintenance. Timing was great, in less than 2 hrs I had my bike back and they even cleaned out and left it as new. Everything was checked and the software firmware updated too. After taking it I even feel it responding better to throttle input. I'll keep coming here even if it's a little far from my home in L.I.
