I don't like posting negative reviews, but I am sharing this so others can avoid the frustration I went through. They misdiagnosed an issue as a dead battery, agreed to replace it, but told them it clearly was not the root cause of the issue I brought it in for. In response assured they test-rode it and it was fixed. left the shop with the exact same unresolved problem—no repairs - completed, but $377 out of pocket. Five stars for Triumph Brooklyn. Everyone who works here has been great, so it’s honestly hard to single anyone out. From the service department to the sales team, everything has been top-notch. I really like how chill the place feels. You can stop by, chat about bikes, ask questions, and never feel pressured into buying anything. Great people, great service, and an all-around solid shop. Highly recommend it; it’s worth a stop.
