Fantastic experience dealing with Sam at Triumph Balcatta. It’s the fourth bike I've purchased from them, and I’m always left impressed. This time, Sam went above and beyond, trading in a very new Speed Triple RS for the limited-edition RX. He gave me a blinding deal - one very happy customer.
Can't recommend Sam and Ben enough! Came into the store bit undecided on what bike I wanted out of my shortlist but Ben took the time to go over all the details of each of the models including the pros & cons between them even though he knew I wasn't looking to purchase on the day. Contacted him a couple weeks later and lined up a test ride of a couple of the bikes (XSR900 & 765RS) for that weekend. Great experience buying a 2025 Triumph Scrambler 400 x from Sam! Was in there late Friday afternoon and ready to collect first thing Saturday morning 🙌🏽 Didn’t try to upsell anything just told me what I needed to know & got to the point which I loved 👏🏼 Easy location to park at with a huge range!
Absolutely beautiul bikes ,great customer service and I had an amazing experience.
Have a cap on service bikes older than ten years, Anthony your a flog just because you took on another dealership aswell Blah blah excuse after excuse, just wanted a service. Disgusting
