Iâve been going on a weight loss journey and by myself I was able to get 28lbs down and Iâm still definitely not fit, but at my first class everyone was so welcoming and I didnât feel out of place!! Especially with the dark lit rooms and the different options for different skill levels really helped!! I have some more classes scheduled and I definitely see myself going here a lot!!Â
MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE WAS A DEFINITE TRIUMPH. FROM THE MOMENT YOU ENTER, YOU ARE MET WITH WELCOMING, POSITIVE ENERGY FROM STAFF AND FRIENDLY MEMBERS. LIVâS ENTHUISIASM FOR THE GYM AND CLASSES FUELED MY INTEREST AND MOTIVATION. MY FIRST CLASS WAS CYCLING WITH INSTRUCTOR AMELIA. MY EXPECTATIONS WERE ABUNDANTLY EXCEEDED.
