I had a great experience with the service guys just recently. I was traveling from Houston on my Tiger 900 Rally Pro and ended up having some issues. I came in on Monday afternoon, my service advisor Chuck moved everything around to get me in with the Triumph tech first thing the next morning upon opening. That in itself was a great relief. I'm sure he would have gotten me in with someone else if I requested, but he really wanted Jim, the tech to look at the bike. I had a 9 a.m. appointment for my Triumph service. I arrived late due to traffic but Mitchell from the service department still took me in and completed the service even faster than scheduled. Excellent experience, very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership without hesitation!
If you value your bike take anywere else for service but not here. I had an oil change done and they over filled it causing it to leak to this day. I needed new tires and gave them another chance and they didn't tighten the valve stem and I ended up limping home with a flat front tire. If you can't change oil or tires you probably shouldn't call yourself a service department.
