I had a 9 a.m. appointment for my Triumph service. I arrived late due to traffic but Mitchell from the service department still took me in and completed the service even faster than scheduled. Excellent experience, very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership without hesitation!
If you value your bike take anywere else for service but not here. I had an oil change done and they over filled it causing it to leak to this day. I needed new tires and gave them another chance and they didn't tighten the valve stem and I ended up limping home with a flat front tire. If you can't change oil or tires you probably shouldn't call yourself a service department.
