I worked at Triumph 15 years, Guy jones. but that was a long time ago I came across this and thought I’d add my thoughts. I was a tool cutter grinder and many other things at triumph on my way to cutter grinding my last years there. Ewag conventional and CNC Tool grinder. The owner, Chris Mueller was very good to me. Not a good place to work!!! The owner controls everything! The entire building needs restoration. When it rains one of the Stahls in the men's bathroom has a leak right where you sit down. Can't grind your own tools, little or no support materials for repair, can't bring in your own hand tools. Have to spin your own chips with no proper gloves. Forget about raises!!! The wage you get hired in at may not change for the duration of employment. Minimal insurance benefits. DON'T GO THERE!!!
