Late review, but I couldn't let it pass without sharing my experience!– “5 stars” to Ken for his outstanding customer service. His knowledge and expertise are truly impressive. Recently, he installed a heat pump and furnace for us, and they’ve been performing wonderfully. Ken is always kind and readily available to answer any questions or provide assistance. Very Efficient, Timely, Friendly, Knowledgeable Service..
Our thermostat went out on New Years. Ken had me troubleshoot over the phone and we got it working again. He didn't even accept my offer to pay him for his time. I also hired him later to service our fireplaces. A very honest, nice guy!
When our furnace stopped working, it took Ken a few minutes to figure out it was a defective computer board. He then replaced it and had the furnace up and running again within 20 minutes. Ken's invoice was fair and reasonable. I will employ him again when the need arises.
Installed air conditioning for my home. Super nice, respectful, and professional. Very fair competitive pricing aswell. Definitely recommend and will be using for any future HVAC needs !
