I didn’t have to drop my trailer as others have said. I did drop it, checked in and had to go back and get it. As of today 3/14/25 there’s room inside to turn around. There’s no direct phone number for this location, number on webpage is in Iowa. The lady who answered the phone said there’s no direct line for KC. I’m still in the dock (for an hour) so I can’t speak to if they are fast or not.

Been here twice and the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. On my first time the yard driver directed me right to where I should drop so I could bobtail to the office. Office Guy was friendly too. It is tricky to find on a first try. Going east on Donovan, just as the road curves north you will see a building with "313" on it. Enter the dirt road there and follow through the gate to your right.

Pull in. DO NOT drive your combo in thru the gate. Find a spot in the trailer rows. Go ahead & drop it. Bobtail to far end of building. Go inside and check in. Yard dog will put trailer in door. No room for road trucks to back in. They call once loaded.
