We had an extremely disappointing experience with Triton Stone during a major remodel project involving an outdoor kitchen and imported bar. Our entire project was specifically designed around a pair of bookmatched slabs that were placed on hold with installer, contractor, and designer information attached. They have a wonderful selection of stone but are unfortunately difficult to communicate and work with. Calls and emails are not returned in a timely fashion if at all. The receptionists are very kind but entirely unhelpful even when you specifically state that you want to purchase the slabs.
