Aggressive door to door marketing, very annoying
Came out worked allday. Left haven’t seen them since No calls nothing to tell us when they will be back. Still have panels sitting in my garage Don’t do business with these people. Been trying to get this done since September of 2021
Bought lithium batteries from them, two to be precise. One is faulty and Triton Solar does not answer phone calls nor emails in order to help me resolve the issue. I have the owner's cellphone number (Himanshu), but he has been ignoring me for months. I have had the issue with the battery for more than 6 months, they seem to not honor warranty and they have zero customer service or support.
