This company is contracted with MSD. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for my pump to be fixed the plumber they sent out kept telling me he "is only trying to make mw happy" he did not fix the issue theu finally figured out it was an electrical issue and I have waited 2 weeks to get someone out and gave them my availability and they made their own availabilitu and said well its either that or you wait a couple more days! How unprofessional!
Majid Samraghandi and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. He is one of the rare CEO's who has not lost his warmth or kindness towards his staff, and their customer service is second to none. I am a huge fan of Triton and will continue to refer everyone I can to them.
