Didn’t hire this company — and after today, I never would. One of their base-model, fully wrapped trucks was driving like a complete maniac, cutting people off and weaving through traffic with no regard for anyone’s safety. I can't say enough good things about Chip and Trish at Triton. They did a total roof repair and interior ceiling repair for water damage for my parents, and the entire process was seamless. The crew was professional, efficient, and left the property spotless. The made sure my parents got the full coverage they were owed from insurance and I was very impressed with how quickly they worked. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
I had a wonderful experience with Joshua Bass a Sr. PM with Triton. He was not only professional but honest. My original claim was denied twice from the hail storm in Wylie in March 2025 with Allstate and Joshua provided assistance with a name of an inspector/umpire and suggest I hire him to fight for my claim. Chip and Trish did a remarkable job helping me. after a couple of hail storms occurred in having my roof replaced by a great roofing team as well as fence and window trimmings ad well as the gutters.
