I would highly recommend this roofing company. From the start, Austin helped us and was very detailed. He helped us with the insurance. Once he did his part, the roofing crew came. I wish I knew all of their names. They were efficient, neat, and hardworking (even in the 100* heat). The man that picked up the dumpster was thorough also. He moved the dumpster and cleaned the driveway. Our roof looks fabulous! Austin returned to make sure we were happy. We are extremely happy with our new roof.
I have been trying to get in contact with Triton Roofing for months because they are trying to charge my insurance company for the removal and reinstall of my solar panels which they did not do. My solar company came and removed the panels, Triton completed the roof replacement, and my solar company came and replaced the panels afterwards. Triton Roofing was included in all the email correspondence with the solar company and myself and they were provided a receipt. Called them to do a roof repair estimate due to the damage from Hurricane Ian. They did an estimate for full roof replacement instead of a repair and then try to say my roof is not repairable. 90% of my roof wasnt damaged and its less then 3 years old. There has been many roof companies like this that just wants to take advantage of people and its so despicable especially after a natural disaster that killed amd left many homeless.
