The only reason I called this place is because our last pool guy referred them. Worst decision ever from the very begining! We will never use this company again and I do not recommend them unless you don't mind paying for unauthorized repairs and their outrageous prices. Rated one star for poor communication, high prices, and horrible customer service. I am very reluctant to leave bad reviews for companies online but I feel compelled to in this case given the horrible pattern of communication and execution. I was motivated to use these guys because 4 weeks of cleaning was included as part of my pool builder contract. I made the rookie mistake of using the company recommended to me by my pool builder and not researching the service company prior.
