I was interested in your insurance company until I came to the reviews. Someone left a review in Spanish and you said you are not our customer “we don’t speak Spanish”. Very unprofessional and rude. Also every bad review all you have to say is “ you are not our customer”. No thanks

I started working with Bryan and his team around 2009 for my contracting business. They are good at what they do and do not offer shady insurance services like so many brokers do. He gets to know what you need and makes sure you’re covered. I mistakingly left Bryan to save a little money on a couple occasions and always came crawling back -

By far the worst insurance company I have ever had they sneak policies on you. They do not inform you of changes to your policies when you make payments over the phone they send you letters to be sneaky and say they informed you of these policies they have 24 hours service, no towing assistance. Literally this company does nothing can’t leave a message. Can’t get any help and they changed my policy on me after I made my payments increasing my payments by $50 when I have no tickets or anything else for a reason to increase my... read more
