Me and my wife had a good experience the orthotics were helpful for my workplace will come back next year
I got my ortho shoes December of 2024, waited for my reimbursement until May 2025. I contacted them via email and call for how many times to check in if they send it to blue cross but reception states they were not able to send it to blue cross until month of Feb. I gave them time until month of May which I called and emailed them again. First time going to this place and I Will not recommend to my colleagues and will not be going back again if the hassle and the time frame of waiting for my reimbursement was like half a yea... read more
The staff an services my family received was amazing. My family had their orthotics remade, they did a great job with paper work as well. Highly recommend them to our friends and family.
I had a great experience at Triton Med! At the front desk, Dani is very friendly and welcoming! Everything went smoothly and my orthotics are great! 😊
