I went to this lovely establishment today to get what I thought would be a quick $10 automatic car wash before I head to Charlotte for the weekend. I purchased the $10 premium package which is supposed to be “wash, wax, dry, tire shine, extra dry and undercarriage”. As I went to exit the green light came on, telling me to keep driving. This place needs to be shut down. Ran through the auto wash, the brushes came down without any water on my car and didn't thoroughly rinse the soap off. Had to pull into a bay and pay a ridiculous $5 just for 2 minutes worth of water to rinse my vehicle ON TOP of what I paid for the wash itself. No attendant in sight... at least not one that wanted to be noticed...
Soap hardly works, always covered up with mud, you spend most the the time shooting water instead of what you selected and the other time the machine eating your money.... honestly rather drive a dirty car then come back here again. Also any positive review on here is the owner's friend's and family who probably never used it,because the know the place is trash too.
