If I could leave a zero star rating I would. I have a Trinton WCII dual PWC trailer on a "tooth" broke off one of the winch. I followed the proper procedure and filed a warranty claim thru the Dealer. It took several emails to find out Trinton changed systems and could not locate trailer VIN, and after 2 months got an email they denied the claim saying it was not filed with 60-90 days of purchase, despite their website claiming there is a 5 year warranty.
