If I could give 6stars, I would! I have had my car washed at Triton many times and the service and quality have always been great. However, this time was above and beyond. I somehow managed to get about 20 drops of tree sap on the hood of my matte finished car. I knew washing it wasn’t going to solve the problem but figured I would start there. First time ever getting my car detailed and stopped by here. It was a great experience from start to finish! I was warmly greeted at the drive up for my appointment. They got my car in and washed right away and then started detailing the interior. They gave me completion time updates along the way proactively. When they were finished it looked as good as it did when i bought it brand new! And they put my belongings nicely in a bag in the trunk and got into every crevice of that interior which was needed since i haul around t... read more
I went in today and it’s not the first time they leave the car still dirty, so today i went back in to tell them and the supervisor told me that if i didn’t like it why do i keep going back and that he never wanted to see me. I don’t think it’s the correct way to treat customers since im the one paying and all i did was go back and talk to them nicely about what i didn’t like so that they could talk to there workers about it.
Solid experience, and decent clean for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Looking at other reviews, I feel many people are expecting a $200 car detailing for $40 here... Mats were vacuumed nicely, seats were cleaned and the exterior was done well. Great quick experience given I was in a hurry and just what I needed, I was in and out in <5 minutes.
