I purchased a floor model Orsen Dining Table from Trit House. Before buying, I specifically asked if there was any damage beyond light scratches. I was told there were only minor marks visible at certain angles, which I accepted. After bringing the table home, I discovered the tabletop had been damaged and repaired - one side of the curve has been sanded down unevenly, meaning the glass top I planned to add will not fit properly. I am loyalty customer of trit house. Sarah always be patience, professional and helpful to me. Even some issues happened before, but try house always tried their best to figure out and offer me the best what they can do.
We were very disappointed with Trit House. I am sharing my experience to you befor you purchase from them. We ordered few furniture from them in January and they told us the items would arrive in April. Then they told us in March they were going to be delayed to June as their supplier didn’t ship them out. So now I contacted them to confirm when they could be delivered few times as I didn’t receive any response from them for a week.
