We had a great experience shopping at Trit House. In particular, Olivia could not have been more helpful
Purchased a mirror from Trit and was told there was a discrepancy with stock, the last one didn’t have the original packaging and therefore couldn’t ship it to Bris from Syd. They said they would refund me and it would take up to 10 business days, which is ridiculous considering we live in the world of instant payments (PayID). I’ve had to follow up numerous times. Very quick to take payment and not so quick to return it - Still yet to receive my refund and/or receipt of refund in which I’ve requested many times.
Awesome customer service and beautiful selection of homewares. Will definitely be back
Brianna, Olivia and Sarah are just so amazing! Trit House have beautiful furniture with beautiful staff who go out of their way to help you. I love being a customer of them. Go and see them to furnish your house!
