I ordered two lamps online for pickup and waited a week and a half before receiving a text that my order was ready. When I arrived to collect them, I was told they only had one new lamp available and the second was a display model. If I wanted a new lamp instead, I would either have to pay for delivery or wait for stock to be delivered to the store again. We simply received the worst customer service ever. It was either lies or no communication at all. We were not able to speak to any management even know we requested this a few times. We were hung up on at 5:01pm with the comment, “I don’t get paid past 5 so we will have to speak tomorrow.” They had sold us a marble table and after breaking 2 of them on delivery they simply admitted they would give us a refund cause they couldn’t do it. The actual products are phenomenal, great quality, fabulous design, no faults with the actual objects and furniture. The customer service and approach leaves a LOT to be desired. Very little communication, they take ages to respond, their ETA is incorrect, I was meant to get a gift for Christmas from my fiance, he was finally advised it was ready for collection - mid February. Shane & Brandon did a phenomenal job delivering our furniture. They were flexible, accommodating and truly went above and beyond. We have fitted out a full office so have had a multitude of deliveries, and their efforts and service was by far the most seamless and professional of the lot.
