A company is as good as its people. I close many homes with Trisun and found them to be thorough and meticulous. Of course, the reason I know to use this company is because of their fine marketing representative, Eric Stegman. He is great at introductions and follow up on title service. He is always, available, helpful and responsive.

Pleasant and efficient come to mind describing my Trisun experience. Buyer pushed for a quick close and Trisun did it. As seller I received a Thursday morning call from Jane asking if we could close the following Tuesday. I thought closing to be three weeks out. They got it done. Trisun Land Services communication was exceptional. Our title work was completed within a week. They did a fantastic job at coordinating closing at the last minute. They’re closing and search fees were very reasonable. We enjoyed having separate closing rooms. I will definitely use them on my next home purchase.
