We appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. The team was very efficient and quick to respond.
One of the worst closing experiences we have ever had. The very first thing we were greeted with was not “welcome” or “congratulations on your new home.” Instead, we were immediately asked what we were going to do with our children because the room was too small. Thankfully our realtor stepped in and sat with them, but it was an unnecessarily awkward way to start what should have been an exciting day. A company is as good as its people. I close many homes with Trisun and found them to be thorough and meticulous. Of course, the reason I know to use this company is because of their fine marketing representative, Eric Stegman. He is great at introductions and follow up on title service. He is always, available, helpful and responsive.
Pleasant and efficient come to mind describing my Trisun experience. Buyer pushed for a quick close and Trisun did it. As seller I received a Thursday morning call from Jane asking if we could close the following Tuesday. I thought closing to be three weeks out. They got it done.
