Same Experience as others have mentioned. Told that only 1 xray a day would be covered by insurance. Confirmed with insurance that is Not Accurate and as many Xrays as needed would be covered. Was charged the $30 co-pay for the 2nd visit again. I told them I would be appealing and the insurance would be investigating their policy. Insurance confirmed I will be getting my refund for 2nd visit. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to my primary for a wellness exam and she wanted me to get a couple x-rays because I've been having shoulder and lower back pain. I came in and was told I could only have one area xrayed a day and that I would need to come back. So I did the 1st xray and payed a co-pay and came back the next week and I got charged another co-pay! Sounds kinda fishy that they needed to split up my xrays and when I questioned it the lady at the front was very rude about me questioning why.
In and out within 30 minutes and didn’t have an appointment! Great service and everyone was friendly. I will go back if I ever need Xrays or MRI. Xrays were sent to my dr within 24 hours.

Absolutely the worst customer service. The front office staff is very unpleasant and rude. I have insurance through my employer. I went to get three xrays from them. I was told by kendall the insurance limits 2 exams a day. I said I never hear of that. She further clarified the insurance doesnt reimburse for more than 2 tests a day. I called my insurance company and they verified that was incorrect.
