I am writing this review because of an unprofessional interaction we had with the assigned physical therapist, Ms. Urvi Shah, which has left us uncomfortable. Ms. Shah first contacted us on July 28 and visited my mother that same day to complete the initial assessment and paperwork. During that visit, she explained that one physical therapist and one occupational therapist would each visit twice a week. In Mar 2024, my sister became a wound patient for home health. Perfecto, our nurse, came 3x a week. He, my sister's caretakers, and our family became working partners with the achieved goal of healing an incurable wound. I have nothing but praise for Perfecto. I also developed a fairly good relationship with Kathleen at the office. However, I am vastly disappointment with the management of Dr. Radwan, owner. I’ll never use this company again. Here’s my experience with them. The nurse for wound care ordered supplies for my dad’s wound on 4/3/26 and as of today, 5/7/26 no supplies received. I bought every supplies my dad needed for his bed sore. I bet they charging my dad’s insurance for the supplies. OT showed up one day and assessed. He called for the following week to come back and he never showed up or call back to say anything. PT only did two sessions & closed out the ticket. Natalie was my physical therapist. She was just what I needed- thoughtful and intentional about what I needed and always like sunshine coming into the house on a cloudy day. She had some standard warm ups for me but also plenty of variety so the sessions were always interesting and seemed too short. She was encouraging and listened to my concerns and needs each day. I was sorry when I met the goals had set and our time together ended.
