Larry came out to quote on a patio renovation project I had reached out to him about on June 12th. Unfortunately I never even rec’d a quote which is very frustrating. Followed up twice asking for the actual quote which I shouldn’t have to do. June 19th “I had to finish a design I was already working on. I’m starting yours today. I’m sorry about the delay” No emails until I again followed up: June 27th “Yes. Tri-state Property was the solution to my backyard problems. Larry & Dereck replaced my rotting deck, filled in where the pool had been, seeded the area & created a beautiful stone paver pad at the bottom of each stair off the deck. They were professional & gave me updates each day. I would not think twice about calling Tristate again for an outdoor project. Thank you Larry & Dereck !

This company is the most professional group of ppl I have ever met. Truly, they job was overwhelming, yet they dove in and it turned out amazing. Very kind,trustworthy, punctual, I just can't say enough. I'll b calling on them again and again. Reasonable price too. Excellent group of men!!!
