We purchased a custom kitchen from Tri state. The only thing that went well and smooth was our payment, which in hind sight was a huge mistake. Never prepay until a job is 100% complete. This was not a small job either. Many drawers do not open easily. Cabinets are not lined up correctly. Parts are broken and more parts missing.
