This is the first ER I’ve ever been to that was genuinely concerned and attentive to my issue. I came in with extreme neck and breathing pain and was immediately offered pain management while trying to figure out the source behind it. Even when faced with difficulty figuring out the issue- it was finally diagnosed as something completely unexpected given the circumstance and nature of my symptoms. My husband and I were let down with the care he received when I took him to the ER at night. The nurses were very inattentive they tell you call us if you need anything without handing you the call button. Then to start and IV or get blood my husband got poked multiple times and they were fishing for the vein too. It took them hours upon hours for the nurse to ask a “doctor” if there was anything else they can give to help the nausea. Doctor lied in emergency room about testing for all possible blood tests to find some test showed, should be checking for additional results due to symptoms never coming back due to valuing life and health. Hope this helps.
I went in because my symptoms were similar to as if my appendix had bursted. The ladies acted as if they were upset that I interrupted their gossip session when I checked in. The nurse implied that she thought I was hungover almost immediately after sitting down. I explained yes, I drank the night before, but I only had 3 drinks and didn’t even get intoxicated that evening and that I’m no stranger to hangovers, I was not hungover. I was evaluated by the Dr and nurses at the ER. This hospital was trustworthy and I had an infection I was taken care of very well. I want to thank all of the staff for such excellent care of myself.
