Dr. Butcher was amazing! He actually listened to my concerns and took them seriously. The office staff were friendly and attentive. I had trouble making the appointment when someone answered the phone rudely before, but it was definitely worth it to keep trying! This is a doctor who actually cares!
I tried to call to make an appointment there because my doctor said I needed to see someone urgently and highly recommended them. The receptionist made me feel very embarrassed and said my issue was not something I needed to see them for. I will just go back to being in constant pain and feeling incredibly embarrassed.
I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Arai and Dr. Butcher for the exceptional care they have provided to my entire family over the years. From the very first consultation, Dr. Butcher has been nothing short of professional, compassionate, and thorough.
