We hired Tristate Buildings Renovations to fix up our whole basement in the Bronx, and the results are much better than we had hoped for. It turned from a wet, unused area to a warm family room with the right insulation, recessed lighting, and a built-in entertainment center. They were always on time, went over each stage of the process, and even helped us choose out flooring that would last a long time without becoming wet. I can't say enough good things about Tristate Buildings Renovations." They helped us fix up our Bronx brownstone from the 1920s. They dealt with every problem, from structural problems to old wiring, with professionalism. They maintained the site clean, committed to the schedule, and went over all the material selections in depth. A big difference between before and after!
