I hope you get to read this honest review and really consider a backup company. This company is the worst company ever. I scheduled the air duct cleaning service several days in advance (5) and they told me that they had availability, that a technician was already assigned and that it would get to the property between 12 to 3pm I told them that I don’t live at the property and that if they could please confirm the appointment because I was going to go to the property just to meet with them. Great service! Efficient and cost effective. From scheduling to actual cleaning, everything was a seamless process. They are very professional. They showed us our dirty vents before and after the service was done. I’m amazed at the amount of dirt/dust in our vents. I can’t believe we lived in our home with all of that!
