This review is specifically for Kristin, PA and Kricia, RN. Who would have thought going to the burn center would be so much fun! Both of them were examples of the highest level of professionalism, showed genuine concern, and provided great care. I wish all medical professionals were half as great as they are. A special shout out for the receptionist.
Smart, kind and wonderful! Everyone from staff to the Dr. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has gone through anything like I did. You will be amazed!
Dr. Tran and his team of nurses were absolutely phenomenal; they were understanding, thorough in their explanations and our options, and so patient and gentle with our boy. I can’t thank all of you enough.
Let me start out by saying I have never ever wrote a review before so that should say something but I wanna let people know that this is the most amazing burn team I have ever seen. They really care for my son. He has been here since October 10 and he is still fighting and they have not given up on him. Dr. Brandigi and his nurses have been amazing with my toddler after he had suffered from a burn on his hand.. we went to the ER in the late afternoon, and the ER doctor informed us that he had a phone consult with Dr. Brandigi and he made arrangements to get us in as soon as they opened the next morning! Him and his staff genuinely care about my baby's well being. They have answered all million questions I've had. They've assured me he's okay and accidents happen.
