Very prompt response to windstorm damage and very professional execution. The replacement shingles matched perfectly and the repair appeared seamless.
I have tried to use this company 6x over multiple years. They came through only on one job; a shower rebuild. Otherwise, there has been no follow through on any of the other jobs. One of the jobs was a kitchen remodel but they were unable to do it because they were more interested in doing roofs after a storm. The shower, they did (Robert was the overseer), is beautiful and the work excellent. This is why I have tried repeatedly to use them but, the customer service is poor. We highly recommend TriStar Roofing. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dustin, our project manager, paid great attention to detail and was always available with any questions we had throughout the roof installation.
