Brought family for an injury and they started triage within 2 mins, saw MD within 5 mins, pain medication delivered promptly before xray taken with great care, then diagnoses & plan was given immediately. From start to finish we were treated with kindness, excellent care, and our total visit time barely exceeded 60 minutes.
I took my mom there, she was in so much pain with her arm. The man at the front desk, came out and helped me get her out of the car and in a wheelchair chair. They took her right back. All the nurses was so kind.(JDC) The doctor explained things so we understood. (HOLT AND MILES) So gentle..unless its something really major, will go back there.This is trip 2.
Spoke to the doctor for 5 minutes. Was prescribed anti-biotics. Got a bill a month later for $1,148. This is robbery. This ER is much more expensive than others in the area.
Had to go here for some quick late night treatment of a concerning issue, the staff was fast, efficient and friendly. Doctor Domino was busy with many patients but still took the time to make me feel seen and special as well as explained thoroughly how to go forward treating my concern. You will definitely feel taken care of and assured that you are in good caring hands with the crew here. Doctor Domino and his team will make you feel like a real person, not just a name on a chart.
While many of the staff are very friendly, they don’t give you a full run down of what’s actually going on with you and improperly “diagnosed” me. I was told I was having a miscarriage (completely devastating and life altering), just for me to find out later by reading my lab reports through my patient portal that I had a sub chorionic hemorrhage and that was why I had so much bleeding and pain.
