I had been to a hospital and his PCP and when the imaging department at Centennial couldn't get him in for a week, I brought him to this ER. Beware of Dr. Debra Holp.. I went in for headaches and after getting a CT scan she told me I had a brain aneurysm, and that I may have to get emergency surgery, told me I had to get another CT scan this time with IV to make sure “the brain aneurysm wasn’t bleeding” so after sitting in the hospital for almost 4 hours freaking out thinking my life could be changing drastically and not knowing how much longer I had.. 4 hours later she comes in and says with a smile on her face while chuckling “I apologize I misread the radiolog... read more
The cleanliness, efficiency, professionalism, and kindness of the entire staff made me forget this is an ER and not just a normal doctor’s office. Highly recommend. Update: Unfortunately, their billing department is an absolute nightmare. I provided secondary insurance the night we were seen and now MULTIPLE times with their “customer care” department. I even had my insurance call them. I’m still getting bills because they haven’t even attempted to bill the secondary insurance.
My son got injured at football practice tonight and Dr. David Domino gave him stitches under his lip! Him and his assistant were so friendly and we absolutely loved them! So fast and awesome!
I am very disappointed with the treatment my family received when contacting Summit Tristar Hospital in Mt. Juliet. My daughter, a first-time mom, called regarding her 8-month-old son’s medical needs. She was extremely polite in asking if her baby could be prioritized, given his age and condition. Unfortunately, the Patient Representative named Angel was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
