Overall my experience was okay. The technicians and staff were all friendly. My trouble was with scheduling and customer service. They didnt pay attention to details which resulted in the wrong type of appointments to be scheduled. Unfortunately, I have had a few experiences with the hospitals customer service lines where looking at account details were often overlooked many times. This caused many phone calls and much frustration.

If I could give this experience a million stars....I didn't sleep going into this appt for a scan, that I did NOT want to do. I got in there quick and on time and the staff was more than caring. And when I laid down the pillow! and the soft padding, just for a second I didn't even feel like I was in for a scary scan. It all matters. Thank you SO MUCH. SO much.

I've had several scans done in the last year at this location. This place is so nice and so much better than the other places I have been. They do 3D mammograms, which is so much better and not painful. This is my preferred place for scans.
