Rudest staff I have ever come across! Abrupt, never a smile, rude. These receptionists wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for sick people and on top of that we need a bit of empathy as the drs surgery is the last place I would want to be! If you don’t like your job, give it to someone that’ll appreciate it and not just the paycheque at the end of the week!! Oh and if I could rate a 0 that’s what I would rate! Prior to getting there I waited on the ph for 40 mins. This practice needs a complete overhaul. I’ll never go back agai... read more
On hold here for 21 minutes with no answer. I'll just stay dead. Totally useless.
Absolutely useless this clinic overbooked and understaffed. When you do finally find a good doctor there they leave. Pathetic.
Very friendly staff and they always try their best to get you an appointment. Not sure why the stars are so low because I've only ever had great doctors there.
