I Waite over an hour and 15 minutes was told several times I was next when I expressed to reception I was on break from lunch and needed to get back and she told me I was next only for the doctor to then come out and call someone who had been there for 10 minutes. I asked if I could make it a phone appointment to which I was told nah he doesn’t really do phone appointments.
