I really like this place as they are very quick and also send referral as well as the medication prescriptions on phone so need to visit them again and again. Dr. Joyce and Dr. Gurpinder Chahal arewonderful and the lady on reception has very good attitude and she is pretty nice.
ABSOULTE NON-SENSE!!! Personally, I wouldn't visit here ever again and will visit my GP back in Melbourne. I wouldn't have left this bad review if I could see other doctors, not the one I saw. However, the reception was awesome and friendly :) The doctor I saw was not good. She didn't know the accurate information and insisted on the wrong one, making me feel embarrassed. Dr Joyce is amazing! First time in my life that I’ve felt like the doctor is actually thorough and listens to me. Reception are always so lovely as well. Very happy to have finally found a permanent doctor
As a patient from out of Ballarat, got an appointment very easily and promptly. Doctor was thorough in his examination, answered questions clearly - even drew a diagram to explain. Diagnosis was correct and rapid improvement.
