Knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and respectful.
Dr Jay would have to be one of the most caring Drs I have ever been to. Always happy for a chat, always happy, and listens to your concerns. The reception staff are always friendly and professional. West Wyalong is very fortunate to have a great GP.
Terrible experience. We arrived five minutes late as new patients as we couldn’t find the place and are new . Doctor refused to see us as it would have made him late . Despite the fact he was informed we needed to see him he refused. Terrible overall and well below what is expected of health professionals. Thorough waste of time will never return to this practice. Proceed at your peril.
