A waste of time! - I'd give zero stars if I could! Being Covid positive there isn't a huge amount of places you can go to see a GP, really it's just the Respiratory clinics which are on the government website. I booked an appointment online, and drove the 30mins to the clinic (feeling pretty unwell but wanted to avoid hospital) eventually found a parking spot and walked into the clinic only be be told that there was no Dr on-sight and they were only doing PCR tests. Booked appointment online using their own software, when I called to confirm Covid protocol before the appointment I was told there would be no doctor at the clinic for 2 days and that they had cancelled my appointment, just never told me about it. Probably shouldn’t list yourselves as a respiratory clinic let alone have bookings available if you don’t even have a doctor.
