Wasn’t given pain medication or fluids, was severely dehydrated. I Was seen by my doctor in passing an hour after my arrival by ambulance, then didn’t see him again for 7 hours when I was told that my severe pain was kidney stones. I was discharged an hour later
From the time I stepped in the door I was greeted and taken care of immediately. When back in the ER department the nurses and NP took care of me with kindness and professional. Dr. Nicholson was the BEST I give them 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend this ER for emergency problems
I went into Tristar Horizon Medical, worried. Never had such caring people who put me at ease. Made my stay more comfortable.
