I visited the ER for a severe headache/migraine that had persisted for four days during pregnancy and had become debilitating enough that I could no longer care for my children or function normally. I am writing this review to express my frustration with the lack of communication regarding a recent visit. During my discharge, I was denied necessary mobility aids (crutches) despite having significant difficulty walking. I reached out to the patient advocate to discuss this safety concern and seek a resolution, but my attempt at direct communication has gone unacknowledged. I hope the administration will address these gaps in both patient care and advocate responsiveness.
