My ER visit wasn't the issue the night crew from when I was admitted was a little cold. I could not stay another night due to personal reasons, and I informed them of this. When it was time for me to leave, they basically said OKAY bye and no paperwork no nothing as if I was committing a crime because I the patient wanted to leave. I've never experience that from any hospital I've ever had to go to Afterall if you treat me like this what makes you think I trust you with my life nope I'll go someplace else.

All my nurses and physicians were amazing except Allysa the night time charge nurse who thought it was appropriate to tell me after I explained to her that I have a child with CF at home that needs me and explained how important it is that my tests not be delayed bc I needed to be out as planned on Tuesday that I can “just leave then” with an attitude. The ER was quick to see me, very attentive, caring, informative on the problem, potential treatments and final determination and remedy. There online updates are fantastic! It keeps you informed of where they are in the process. I/We have NEVER had a disappointing experience at Hendersonville Hospital. It’s clean, organized and staffed with caring people.

They are doing a very crappy job especially for the place being so empty. Cannot recommend this place. Being here for four hours now is just unheard of. And it’s nothing but empty rooms and nurses playing out in the hallways. Not a place I would take a child in need. Parents be warned.
