Called TriStar Heating and Cooling for my in-laws ac not working and it was over 90 degrees in their house. Marty showed up a little after 8pm when he said he would be there and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes and a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using TriStar again. Thank you for the great service.

These guys are always the best . Marty and Austin are always super timely, professional ,affordable, accommodating, and a great wealth of knowledge. I've worked carpentry for several years , and I've come across a wide range of HVAC technicians, and these guys cant be beat. 10 out of 10 recommend

Marty and his crew have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They have consulted on previous projects, repaired work done by others and recently installed a new mini-split system for the Covington Youth Soccer League. All work has been top-notch, communication is excellent and wow have they been quick! I would recommend them to anyone with heating/cooling needs.

Called at 7:51pm with AC not cold.. Marty came out the same night. Had me running, cleaned up, and paid in less than 20 minutes after arriving.
