Buyer Beware! A reoccurring problem is streaks on the glass that can't be taken off without special cleaners. Management acts clueless. Complained to them for months nothing changed still sending streaked glass. Expect a lot of extra time cleaning and call backs if you use this company.
Horrible company! Management is a joke! Controller acts clueless and denies the continuous problem of streak. I have been in the glass business 22 years never had so many problems with a manufacturer. Warranty is a joke! Same pattern insulated unit came in wrong size twice even after we sent second pattern. No quality control!!!! Streaks on glass that can't be removed is a problem they can't fix and deny exist! Expect a run around if you have issues with glass.
