I was in need of care, this past Monday evening. Blood pressure was high. We only live 3 minutes from this ER. What a blessing it is. Staff was top notch, absolutely amazing. I was looked at right away. They took care of me very quickly and professionally. Can’t say enough great things about them. We are definitely blessed, here in Antioch, to have such a great ER hospital.
This place was AMAZING when they opened. Now they’re absolutely understaffed and it’s starting to show. The level of care from nurses and doctors have been great, they get an A+. The wait times for test results though…..not so much. I had an ultrasound and a CT scan and we waited six hours for the results. I understand they’re waiting on certain people to read the results, etc, but surely there are better ways to coordinate this. 4 stars for the doctors, much less for the time you will be here just waiting on test results.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire ER team😄from the security guard to Dr. Hobelmann. Everyone was fast, attentive, and compassionate. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Your professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Thank you again for everything.
This hospital is useless. The nurses do not have passion or empathy so I’m sure why they became nurses. They don’t take people seriously at all, they’re quick to make it appear as if you’re over exaggerating your pain. My nephew was literally dying and I heard nurses say “ they’re screaming saying he isn’t breathing when he’s clearly breathing bc he’s talking. “ Well guess what he died! The lack of empathy, care and concern shown at this hospital was terrible. Or maybe that’s just for black ppl!
