While ER visits are never something anyone looks forward to, I was truly impressed by the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and professional. I felt heard, supported, and taken seriously throughout the entire process. The nurses and doctors took their time explaining everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Bruno was an excellent nurse. Provided excellent care and was a very uplifting personality to assist in my treatment she deserves a raise, because of her I will continue to come to this hospital.
Was brought in by ambulance for food poisoning and the nurse only checked my cardiac emzymes twice. She kept saying she would bring medicine to me but I never received them. I had a ekg and chest xray done and they found nothing. They only seemed concerned when after 6 hours in pain I demanded they discharge me.
