Getting in and being seen was very quickly and I love that. But I was told I would have a CT scan on my head because I hit my head saw white light and it never happened after they put my shoulder back in place. They released me. My sling that was two sizes too big for me. Because of this, I did not have one to sleep in and I Reed dislocated my shoulder at 7:30 Thursday after being released at 3:30 AM on Wednesday. Great care and very attentive staff. Very thorough and polite and competent nurses. Edward the NP was great and asked goos questions. Caroline the RN made me feel at ease and really good at her job. Got me back quickly from waiting room. Would definitely recommend Centennial ER.
Every one very professional, nice, and caring.
The nurse who sent my sister home should be fired. My younger sister came in the ER because her water partially broke, the nurse didn’t swab her or check her and sent her home, said she was fine. The next day she was leaking a lot of fluid and the baby wasn’t moving so our mother rushed to the hospital where she had to have an emergency C-section, the Dr said there was no time to wait.
