TriStar Carpet Cleaning was great! They showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, did a great job cleaning the carpets, and communicated well from the time I scheduled the cleaning until the day of. I would definitely recommend TriStar Carpet Cleaning company and would use them again.
Whenever I feel I need to deep clean my carpets, I always use TriStar Carpet Cleaning. The online system makes it easy to get scheduled and they stay in contact via text message to make communication efficient. The best part is that they are super affordable and do a great job every time!

Chose TriStar Carpet Cleaning based on other positive reviews. They texted when they were 30 minutes out, so I had a heads up when they'd arrive. They were very courteous and even cautious by double checking with their supervisor if they could/should proceed with the sofa because I didn't know the fabric ahead of time. I would use TriStar Carpet Cleaning again if I needed this service again or any other service they provide.
