Do not recommend Mary Huddleston or the Nurse Practitioner. My first visit started with the Nurse Practitioner. She recommended that I do the ultra sound on my legs to see if there were any blockages. She told me since my legs didn't look bad that it wasn't urgent that they had more important patients then me. Even though when I went to visit it was hurting to walk and I couldn't sleep due to the pain. She said I could wait a couple months. If I could give negative stars I would. These people stay playing in your face and not giving adequate, professional or attentive care. I’m middle aged and have had my share of doctors but Dr Oluwaseyi Adebekun and her staff are THE WORST. They don’t respect your time and have you show up to appointments only to tell you the doctor is out or that you need to go somewhere else to get bloodwork done when they have facilities on site. I terminated my care with Dr. Natalie Albala due to serious concerns about documentation accuracy, clinical judgment, and patient safety. Significant inaccuracies were entered into my medical record regarding my pericarditis, including information based on questions that were never asked and details that were not discussed. I recently had to call and make an appt for a test involving cellulitis in my leg. I tried 5 times and everyone just kept telling us someone would call us back, until the last time who we spoke with Daneisha. She was absolutely wonderful. She took care of the matter and did it professionally. Very nice to speak with. Sentara hopefully has enough sense to keep her around. Definitely deserves this review. I only do reviews when I totally think the person deserves it.
I fractured my wrist in October of 2019 and was referred to Dr Hong. I found him to be both professional and caring. He spent time discussing my injury provided excellent care. I would recommend him to anyone having a hand injury
I'm a military veteran that was refered here by the Hampton Veterans Hospital and had a great initial experience. This office recently was not able to retain my physician and by the reviews looks like they are bleeding patients following his exit. Here is what I experienced. The front office staff uses repetitive circular logic and false chart sumaries to gloss over and divert your needs. EXCELLANT customer service from the time I arrived until I was discharged. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was the most important person in the facility. I was frequently asked if there was anything else they could do to make me comfortable. Additionally, they were attentive to the needs for family or friends who were waiting. GREAT STAFF!!!!
I was a patent for 8 years Kristen my PA left that was treating me for headaches was she was great, After months l saw Colleen she was rude tge nerv block was very painful, she asked was l getting nerv block shots to get mussel relaxers treated me like a attic when l complained, l was asked not to return that's the treatment for a long time patent
