From the moment we arrived, her staff was absolutely amazing—kind, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, which immediately put us at ease. Rude, aggressive, interrupted and did not hear what was being said to her, condescending, lack of empathy, made assumptions that a certain group of people would not live; listening comprehension is very poor. Inappropriate and unacceptable behavior for a physician. THIS WAS NOT PATIENT CARE. My suggestion to Dr. Zeidan: Go back to medical school and relearn the Hippocratic Oath or get out of the field altogether.
My very first and only appointment -She repeatedly told me you’re going to die. Mind you I have a trauma history and shared about recent losses along with past abuse. I shared about my allergies and intolerances and she received that as resistance. She kept telling me about other ppl situations and experiences. Dr. Zeidan and her staff are amazing! I received quality care from everyone the moment I arrived. Dr. Zeidan took time to discuss my concerns and the path forward, she didnt rush the process. I would highly recommend her.
