Dr. Zeiden is amazing. If you can get in here, you’re crazy not to.
Rude, condescending, doesn’t care about the patient, more concerned about listening to herself talk. Waited in the room for her for over 35 minutes!! No apology given!!! Yet if your 5 min late your appt your considered a no show!!! But yet she can make you wait 35 plus minutes!!! She is very unprofessional, do not go to her if you want a doctor that actually cares about your well being. It’s all about her comfort and listening to herself talk.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this office. I waited over two hours past my scheduled appointment time, only to be seen for less than two minutes. To make matters worse, the doctor didn’t even take me into a proper exam room—the entire interaction was rushed and conducted in the hallway. This visit was simply for lab review and medication refills, something that could have easily been handled through a telehealth appointment. Dr. Zeidan and Colleen are two of the best drs I’ve come acrossed in a long time. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you understand your plan and your progress. I absolutely love being a patient.
She is amazing and is always honest about what you need to do. I recommend her all day long!!
