I have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for over 30 years, and never once have I experienced the kind of treatment I just received from Midgett Realty. When Dare County issued a mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Erin, I was forced to leave my rental halfway through my stay. Despite paying nearly $5,000 for the second week, Midgett Realty refused to refund a single dollar.
