Trisha Midgett helped us sell our lot in Frisco on Hatteras Island. Her knowledge of the Outer Banks real estate market was outstanding, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions and guided us through every step of the purchase. We highly recommend Trisha Midgett and Team to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate on the Outer Banks.

Micheal Milteer and Midget Realaty were fantastic to work with. Michael had great knowledge of the area we were looking To purchase our dream home. With us being out of state made things a little more difficult for us, but he was there whenever we needed him and was patient with so many of our questions. Is honesty a knowledge of real estate helped tremendously in this huge decision. I would recommend him to anybody that wants to follow our footsteps and we can’t thank him enough for making our dream come true.
